Retrieve the keycode

The keycode should be sent to your licensed e-mail address after your order is confirmed. If you did not get the keycode, it could be:

1. Your credit card is rejected by Regnow or plimus, please try to contact us to ask for the order status.
2. You have entered an invalid e-mail address, or your mail server blocked the registration e-mail. Please contact us with your order number, we will check our system to correct your e-mail address.

3. The keycode of the product you purchased is lost.
4. You already purchased the program, but didn't receive the keycode.

5. The keycode you already had became invalid after one year since your purchase.

6. The keycode became invalid because a new version released.
